WHOLEHEARTED RAGE
is a guided space dedicated to the exploration of rage as a powerful and essential emotion that can be used to cultivate aliveness, clarity, and the ability to use one's voice.
We’ll use solo practices, guided rage exercises, and relational group work to practice feeling, expressing, and holding space for rage in ourselves and others.
If you are a coach or facilitator, you will expand your own range, practice holding others in their anger, and learn a set of skills and exercises that you can use with your clients.
This workshop is for all genders.

RAGE IS ONE OF THE MOST MISUNDERSTOOD EMOTIONAL FORCES
In its simplest form, it is one of the four basic feelings: sad, mad, glad, and scared. It shows us where our edges are, where our boundaries lie, reveals our passions, and who and what we deeply care about.
In its complexity, anger is labeled as dangerous, bad, wrong, out of control, or too much. Our own feelings of guilt and shame can easily get kicked up when our anger is directed at the people we love most, and yet, we do get angry at the people we love sometimes!
The issue is not rage itself, but rather how we judge ourselves and others for having it and then all the ways we contort, suppress, and bargain our way out of feeling this super-charged emotion.
Denying anger can also lead to explosive outbursts, which can feel scary and unexpected. If we grew up in an environment where someone expressed explosive rage, we may have unconsciously made an inner agreement to "never be like them", avoiding it at all costs.
It's time to rewire our thinking about anger, forgive ourselves for the judgments we have placed against it, and discover how it can be used for growth, upliftment, and in service of our own hearts.
WHOLEHEARTED RAGE
