WHOLEHEARTED RAGE
ANGER & FORGIVENESS WORK
This guided space is dedicated to the exploration of rage as a powerful and essential emotion that can be used to cultivate aliveness, clarity, and the ability to use one's voice.
We’ll use solo practices, guided rage exercises, and relational group work to practice feeling, expressing, and holding space for rage in ourselves and others.
If you are a coach or facilitator, you will expand your own range, practice holding others in their anger, and learn a set of skills and exercises that you can use with your clients.
This workshop is for all genders.

RAGE IS ONE OF THE MOST MISUNDERSTOOD EMOTIONAL FORCES
In its simplest form, it is one of the four basic feelings: sad, mad, glad, and scared. It shows us where our edges are, where our boundaries lie, reveals our passions, and who and what we deeply care about.
In its complexity, anger is labeled as dangerous, bad, wrong, out of control, or too much. Our own feelings of guilt and shame can easily get kicked up when our anger is directed at the people we love most, and yet, we do get angry at the people we love sometimes!
The issue is not rage itself, but rather how we judge ourselves and others for having it and then all the ways we contort, suppress, and bargain our way out of feeling this super-charged emotion.
Denying anger can also lead to explosive outbursts, which can feel scary and unexpected. If we grew up in an environment where someone expressed explosive rage, we may have unconsciously made an inner agreement to "never be like them", avoiding it at all costs.
It's time to rewire our thinking about anger, forgive ourselves for the judgments we have placed against it, and discover how it can be used for growth, upliftment, and in service of our own hearts.
WHOLEHEARTED RAGE
was created to give individuals the opportunity to develop a new relationship with their anger, one of permission, approval, and responsibility.
This series will introduce you to the range of anger available inside, from 0% - 100%. We will explore lower levels of anger, find the power that lies within them, and then build each week to touch new ground in a way that feels digestible and can be integrated.

“You’ve created such a safe space for us to play in this. I've felt safe in all your containers, which let me go to the hard places and really let it rip. There aren’t many spaces where I feel this free.” —Jules
“Separating out my mixed emotions helped me realize that what I’d been feeling all along was actually fear—and that insight was profoundly useful.” – R.H.
“The biggest gift that I received from this course was the way it was held with compassionate curiosity and informed experience, such that I felt like I could see something that I had been missing my whole life.” —A.W.
“Separating out my mixed emotions helped me realize that what I’d been feeling all along was actually fear—and that insight was profoundly useful.” – R.H.
“I’ve done other rage work that goes to the extreme, but this workshop opened up a whole different world for me. It invited me into the subtler realms of my experience and helped me see that I have a lot of mixed emotions that keep me stuck. I learned practical tools on how to unmix them and come into clarity.” —Piney
“Through this workshop, I learned to get curious about my rage, to loosen the knot of fear, and to engage with it in a way that feels genuinely empowered.” —Ava
"Other rage spaces have felt like we just amp everything up until we blow the lid off and see what happens, which can be great, but not always useful. In Wholdhearted Rage, Anita knitted rage together with something much more rooted and tangible, which made it feel more impactful." —Robert
“I was shocked by how much clarity I received from the 10-minute writing exercises. It helped me shine a light on the biggest piece I am working on right now, something that I’ve felt really angry and confused about. I gained a type of clarity that I could feel in my entire body.” —Nikki
“After each call, I left feeling saturated in myself in an effortless, effervescent way. I could physcially feel energy moving and flowing through my whole body, and I got more access to myself, my heart, and my joy. Rage became a doorway to all the other feelings." —P.M.
"It was deeply meaningful to use anger to speak the things I wanted. I got to feel my desire and anger come together in a way that actually felt good, and I now see how I can use the clarity of my anger to get behind the changes I want to see in the world.” —Robert
